Drilling & Tapping
Using drilling, with a drill and motor, we can create machined holes in your metalwork. Alternatively, tapping produces a thread in the side of the hole to match and accommodate almost any screw type available.
Tube Bending
Our CNC fully automatic tube bender is able to bend mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel on a wide range of box section, round tube and solid bar with precision accuracy of -/+0.15 degrees and bending position of -/+0.1mm.
With the on board 3D CAD software we are able to program complex multi-bend components with ease, which will greatly reduce set up and lead times whether it be one off prototypes to large production runs.
Tube Rolling
We provide high-spec, affordable custom tube rolling of large and small diameter tube, box section, solid bar and various other profiles to your specific requirements.
Sawing
Bianco 280 bandsaw:
- Tube 220mm diameter max at 90 degrees; Square 220mm max at 90 degrees; Rectangular section 260 x 140mm max at 90 degrees
- Quick mitering swivel head up to 60 degrees
Mac semi-automatic chop saw:
- Mitering 45 degrees left and right
- Inclinable head 45 degrees for compound cuts
- Auto double clamping to eliminate burring
Metal Finishing
In order to avoid secondary operations following delivery of our fabricated products, we can perform weld dressing and metal polishing to finish components ready for use.
Powder Coating
Two important finishing processes we offer are powder coating and electroplating. We can arrange for our customers’ parts to be coated using quality and eco-friendly processes and materials.
